I've been taking my bunny here since she was 4 months old, and she just turned 10 years old. They've helped her with everything from illnesses to surgeries. The doctors and staff are very kind and caring. I'm glad this location cares for exotic pets.
We couldn't have asked for better people to help our 18 year old Papillon Teddy cross over the Rainbow Bridge! Dr. Shekk and the entire staff were so loving, kind and caring! I'm not sure I could have made it through without them! Thank you for everything you did for Teddy and us!
All of the doctors and team there have been great. Our Squeakers has a difficult case of diabetes that we have been fighting for a year. The team here has listened to our concerns, given their best advice, and referred us for a consult with a specialist. We have another cat who is less than pleasant (Saudi!!!!), but they take such good care of him, too. Squeakers has boarded there when we travel, and I just can't thank them enough for everything!
Though the news was grim for my dog, Dr Shehk was kind & caring & followed up with a call the next day .
We have been going here for a long time through good times and bad with various pets. They have always been caring and have always done the best in any situation.
My experiences here have always been the best for me and for my service dog, Java. This is a loving and caring place.
I have been taking my animals there for over 20 years. I won't go anywhere else.
