The staff genuinely love animals and they couldn’t be kinder to their human visitors. They are responsive, knowledgeable and take all concerns seriously. The docs are equally as loving with the animals and they take their time to explain what is happening. It’s also very reassuring that my German Shepherd pulls me to get inside and then reaches over the desk to greet the reception staff. 4 years ago they told me my 4 month old puppy who presented with labored breathing possibly had a congenital heart defect but they couldn’t be sure and charged me $600 for an X-ray, blood work and exam. I then took the dog to the Red Bank animal hospital and they knew within 5 minutes that the dog had toxic poisoning from rodenticide and was misdiagnosed by Plainfield Animal Hospital. I just want to thank everyone the doctor that took care of my baby Samantha on Tuesday 04/02/2018 the care you gave her . Was out of this world you made me feel and understand that what I had to do. Was the right thing. You gave me and my family time to say goodbye. The gentleness that you gave her when it was time to put my baby to sleep. The staff here is phenomenal. I have been in and out of the office the past two weeks with my cat for a bladder issue and they have been accommodating in every way. The receptionists, vet techs and veterinarians have been nothing but kind and understanding. They've explained everything, answered every question and have been following up with his progress every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for all of the love and care that they have shown for him.
We were able to get our dog in right away and they were extremely attentive to our baby...thank you so much. You gave wonderful caring staff.
Brought my male rag doll cat for a simple eye discharge. The doctor tried to restrain him causing a heart problem and soon his death. He was a playful and energetic cat before they restrained him. They sent no apologies. But they sent me a recent email that he needs a check up. SMH 🤦♀️ never will I go back.
