Went downhill. Will never bring my pets there again. My dog had a seizure by the time I got him there it was over. Waited over an hour for an emergency. Took him elsewhere in ASAP.
Took dog there for an emergency and waited unseen for almost an hour. Constantly happens and have to walk out. Very expensive there. No feelings!
A rescue dog walked in for neuter and boarding wasn't eating instead of caring for him after 3 days of his not eating called for the dog to be picked up buy non medically trained person.. when she arrived the dog was limping severely and had to be rushed to another vet hospital $5,000 later and Plainfield still bothered to give them a bill for the boarding and neuter
I recently lost my husband Sam and when Bella got sick I was so afraid of losing her too. To make matters worse, our vet moved this year and I wasn't comfortable with some of the local vets that I had used in the past. Plainfield animal hospital was recommended through a friend. I have been a client of the Plainfield Animal hospital for over 35 years and still counting. Many talented and caring people have worked and do work there. I trust them completely. Dr. Loomis is the best. I appreciate all he does to keep my fur kids well.
Thanks to Dr. Loomis and Megan for taking such good care of my Simba today! The staff here is so kind, and they have always treated my pets as their own. The vets, technicians, and receptionists are top-notch, thank you for all that you do!
