This was our first time visiting. The service was awesome and the chef made an excellent meal for us as we celebrated our birthdays with a night out!

Fantastic! Pancake eggs and bacon and eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes and hollandaise plus ham!
I LOVE the food here, but the service is lacking. Also I just ordered breakfast and found eggshells in my eggs so....I’m really sad because I love this place.

My wife and I have been to The Plaid Turnip many times now, and have tried different things. ALL OF THEM ARE EXCELLENT. I was taken back a bit on their version of Oysters Rockefeller, since they basically fry the oysters in a breading, then drizzle the Rockefeller mix over them. I am so used to eating them out of the shell, it was strange to see them this way. They were good, and very rich tasting. Love The Plaid Turnip...worth the drive to try it from other cities too.

Mychelle, please let me first apologize for the lackluster experience you and your family had at our restaurant today - I’m deeply sorry that it was not up to par to your expectations and, consequently, mine. Unfortunately, issues such as availability of our ever-popular home fries and hash brown casserole so arise. In this particular situation, due to an oversight, both sides sold out before they could be quickly replenished.
