excellent atmosphere where you can relax and hang out with other friendly boaters at your slip and the restaurant. ability to customize your slip where other marinas do not allow. awesome views of the niagara river. slip is protected by its own cove where the other marina slips are not. not your yuppy marina. a great place to have fun and also boat. i checked out 3 other marinas and this one was the most fun and had the most options.
