I stayed here about 14-16 months ago and loved it mostly also because The manager back then Rebeca was the best. Took care of us, very professional and hardworker. The hotel was in the process of remodeling and it was ok because every hotel needs it. I mentioned Rebeca I will come back to Dupont every time I come to DC so I was excited to come back to the remodeled rooms and yes they are lovely, they did needed it but new management was not what I expected. My partner and I decided to take a weekend trip to Washington DC and we wanted to stay in a neighborhood that was central to all of the places that we wanted to visit. Placemakr Dupont Circle offered the perfect level of comfort and convenience that we were looking for within a price range that we could afford.
