The location is excellent in the heart of downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean, will stay here again

I stayed at this property for a week and had a very good experience. The place is clean and well-equipped, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s also a great option if you want to stay downtown without spending a fortune. The only downsides were the noisy air conditioning and the somewhat outdated, low shower, which can be uncomfortable for someone of average height. Overall, if I come back to Austin and don’t stay at a hotel, I would definitely consider staying here again.
My husband and I travel often to Austin to visit friends, so we’re always looking for places to stay where we can buy a few groceries and cook and this place is perfect for that. This is an apartment complex that has hotel rooms that are essentially apartments with refrigerators, microwaves, washers & dryers, even bedroom fans (which in TX is amazing and rare!). Service has been awful, no coordination. They keep moving my weekly room cleaning after I've told them about 100 times I have a dog so only certain days work.
