The suites are spacious and have everything you may need for your stay, but mine was full of roaches. I'm killing a roach every hour - kitchen, bed, bathroom, you name it. From tiny to adult ones. If it wasn't infested with them, this would be a 5 star place due to amenities, layout, modern facilities, and location (yes it's next to a construction site right now but there's virtually almost no noise from it). I had a fantastic stay and want to give a special thank you to the hotel manager, T. From the moment I arrived, T went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. Any question or request I had was handled quickly and with a great attitude. Booking with Airbnb made things a little confusing at first but the front desk staff Lucy was an absolute doll in getting us settled in. She was super informative of the area and got us checked in very quick. The rooms were beautiful and clean. it was a great stay in a good location close to our concert venue which was great! I would definitely stay here again.
Not the best but not the worst. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel was lacking. First of all, it’s right in the middle of a construction zone, so it’s fairly loud. The inside of the hotel and our room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies and bleach, and not in a oh-good-it’s-nice-and-clean-here kind of was, More like a oh-did-they-just-clean-a-crime-scene kind of way.
