Great hotel! The rooms were clean, cool, and smelled amazing. Being a bit outside of downtown has its perks—it’s much quieter and more relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms, pool area and clubhouse were very nice. Customer service was very good and they were all so helpful particularly Lucy and Adonis. Def recommend and will be back again

Of all the places I’ve stayed in Austin — and in my life — I have never been treated as poorly as I was at Placemakr. We had an agreement with the reservation manager, Crystal, to use a common room for a small private event. We paid a $180 fee, confirmed the space, and proceeded respectfully and quietly, Only after the event, without any incident or damage, were we informed that we had actually displaced other guests, and that we now owed an unexpected $1,300 in fees ($1,000 “buyout” + $300 service), which had never been pre... read more

I had a lovely night and was checked in and helped entirely by Adonis! She is amazing, extremely professional and her positive attitude despite it being so late was literally inspiring.
