I was in a 1 bedroom apartment layout for this stay. It was modern and spacious, plus I enjoyed having the full kitchen. I’d give it a 5 star review but my room was facing the interstate and you could hear everything. So if you get a room like that be prepared to hear all the traffic. While they do have a white noise machine (nice touch) in the room, it didn’t do enough. Nothing the staff could do but it’s a negative for sure. Gave it 4 on location only due to construction of the new Waterway park.. they can't help, and the proximity of my room to the metro train. Every 30 minutes to hour that train stop right out my room (runs to midnight) was slightly nerve wracking. I didn't plan to spend so much time in the room though, so, I can say I would definitely GO Back!!! Really enjoyed the stay and location and can't be beat for the money!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Pacemaker Apartments. The leasing team has been responsive from day one, and any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been handled quickly and professionally. The unit itself is well laid out, with good natural light and finishes that feel a step above what you usually find at this price point.
