I stayed at Placemakr downtown for a full month with my husband and pet in 1bd appartment. The place is always clean, plus you get biweekly housekeeping and supplies as needed (clean towels, paper towel, dishwasher pods,etc) Location is great! There are a lot of restaurantes close by and walking distance to downtown. I got overcharged for an erro in the booking and sales/reservations team got it fixed and refund the extra money. Highly recomended!!
Stayed here with a friend during our visit to Austin. The service, our room, and location was great. Liz, the receptionist, deserves 5 stars herself! She was more than helpful with anything we needed during our stay. I recommend this place if you are visiting Austin!
The staff was super friendly and helpful! I had an easy check in and the texting system is really attentive and responsive. Even when I had an issue with an appliance in the unit, they were able to help resolve the issue. Convenient location in downtown Austin!
Great hotel! The rooms were clean, cool, and smelled amazing. Being a bit outside of downtown has its perks—it’s much quieter and more relaxing.
