They took my money, sent me a different watch than the one I purchased, went back on their word of a full refund once I returned the watch, proceeded to ignore any attempts to get in touch with them that I made, and are currently illegally withholding $9,000 of my much needed funds. This watch was advertised as a 100% original factory Rolex. When I took the watch in to have this verified, I was told that the diamonds we definitely added aftermarket and not by Rolex.
