I was disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. We have been patients here for over a year and have had regular cleanings and even a root canal done, so we trusted their service. During our latest visit, the receptionist never informed us that our CDCP coverage would only cover 40% of the treatment. We only found out after the cleaning was completed, when we were told we had to pay the remaining 60% out of pocket.
