I would like to share my experience with PK Bennett Jewelers on 10/17/18. Tommy Bennett was extremely friendly and helpful with my request to repair my sterling silver bracelet. I was able to get bracelet repaired and returned to me within my lunch hour. I will be returning for future purchases and repairs when needed. Thank you for providing me with top notch service.

My husband picked out an anniversary ring that was just not my style. We went back and they were so helpful in helping me choose "the" ring. I also had several rings resized and several others appraised. They explained that appraisal takes extra time, but the sizing would be done sooner if I needed them. The rings were completely refurbished and look gorgeous. And this is in addition to the excellent, professional staff. We highly recommend them!

I brought my wedding ring in for an appraisal. I was told that the prongs were worn and needed to be replaced, which I agreed to. The ring was not ready until 3 days after the pick-up date. More importantly, the appraisal said that the diamond was H-I instead of the F-G that was on the last two appraisals. The owner, Peggy, who was not friendly when I dropped it off and outright rude when I picked it up, argued that the color is a matter of how the appraiser sees it and she sees it as more of an I. I had the nicest experience this morning with two young employees who took care of me with kindness... they also gave attention to what I was looking for and needed. I left with a smile and with plenty of anniversary gift ideas for my husband... for him to purchase for me... that's going to happen...lol. Also in looking at the jewelry, I found their inventory to be more one of a kind instead of the usual. Couldn't be happier! Will be back.
