Above stars were justified. However your ladies restroom was a disgrace. I wish I had taken photos. Dirty toilet and sink. Toilet paper on floor, paper towels on floor. I could not get out fast enough. Looks a great place when you walk in but dirty toilet facilities to me mean bad hygiene practices with staff. Thank you.
This coffee shop is simply not good! The first time I went, I ordered an Americano, and they gave me regular coffee. I wanted to give then a second chance and ordered two pumpkin lattes. We paid $18 for two small lattes!! They tasted like plain lattes The pumpkin flavor was nonexistent! I don’t think they have good baristas.
What a waste of $11. The staff is sitting down on their phones when the garbage is overflowing. The common roll was dry and hard. The matcha tasted weird and it felt sad in the place.
The beignets are absolutely delicious, as is the proper latte thanks to PJ's own coffee beans. Beignets are made to order so are hot(!) and melt-in-your-mouth. The ladies behind the counter are always happy to see you hit the front door and go the extra mile to provide top-notch service. Bonus for decks of Uno and an assortment of board games to encourage in-person socials ☕☕
