Every time I have visited this place The service is terrible. And if you think ordering in the app, will get you in line before people that are coming up after you think again. When you go inside they all look miserable. I’ve kept returning mostly because it’s near my home but at this point I’m going back to Starbucks where it’s not nearly as expensive and the staff are friendly.
Bathrooms DISGUSTING! Some one coughed in their hand then was touching all over my cup! The entire place looked like a health code violation! To the point I threw my drink and food away! Truly don’t even know how health dept hasn’t shut them down yet!! I wasn’t even greeted they were all to busy talking amongst themselves! Honestly wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely disgusting! Will never in my life time be back!
Extremely rude customer service, management (she looked like it) was wondering around like she didn’t have a clue, and or cared about what was going on and was talking about a customer! when I was finally handed my order she was overly fake nice, Felt like I was just an annoying customer when I had a very simple order!
