Inattentive, they were nice but neglectful
I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but I'm struggling to receive any resolution for the issues we had with our catering order. I placed a catering order online via PJ's official website on Jan. 5 at 4:26 PM for delivery on Jan. 8 at 8:00 AM for a corporate event. On Jan. 8 at 8:15 AM the order had still not arrived so we called the store.
