Enjoyed the coffee. Staff was kind and courteous.
Apparently their corporate policy doesn't allow personal cups or to ask for "no plastic lids". I cannot morally support a business that willfully contributes to harming our planet through enforced use of single use plastics. The manager, Tyler, took my order where I requested no plastic lid. After they made my drink and put a lid on it the barista told me they had to and that her manager told her to. Tyler was standing right there. It was awkward. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. I love the vibe at PJ’s the atmosphere is refreshing, relaxing and relatable. It speaks to all ages there….🤎🤎
