PJs Coffee Shop in Amarillo is hands-down five stars! Canton and the whole crew are incredibly friendly, making it the perfect spot to work, study, or even host a small event. The beignets are heavenly alongside their coffee, and I can’t get enough of the Cuban sandwich lunch special. Don’t miss their Southern Wedding Cake seasonal roast. I have to buy in bulk every year! They even surprised my dog with a pup cup, and their car-hop service is a game-changer when you’re on the go. Everyone, go check them out!
