They usually get my coffee wrong. I order a Caramel cappuccino, which is supposed to be more espresso than milk. But instead I usually get a hot cup of syrupy frothy milk with very little espresso. More than once it was completely white because of all the milk. This morning they got it wrong twice in a row. I gave them back both drinks. Then they said their machines needed to be cleaned and asked me to pull up and wait 5 minutes. Ok so I did. We love going there. We brought our kids before school. They look forward to having friends meet up to have breakfast.
I stopped in to get a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning and the worker was too busy cleaning to turn around and talk to me. After a few minutes of talking to her back (literally)...I walked out. She had no clue I left until I reached the door because her back was to me the entire time. Terrible customer service.
Nice comfy chairs,short chest high counter area with barstools,plenteous areas to give everyone a personal space. Friendly,courteous staff-good assortment of eats. I like especially that the room is arranged as long and narrow instead of short and square. This gives a small storefront more of a semblance of space.?Always nice to go into a new town for a few hrs and know that a good experience at PJ’s awaits?
Always satisfied! I come here during my school break to do homework. Love the atmosphere, the staff, the coffee, everything!���
