Awesome food! awesome people! Love the Slop bucket-its some of the best food I've ever had!
There is perhaps no other food that is as American as barbecue. And there is no better place to enjoy it than PJ's. My boyfriend and I have had barbecue anywhere from restaurants, smokehouses and roadside stands, ranging from Florida, to Tennessee, to Texas. We thought we had found our favorite until we came across PJ's. The meat is so perfectly seasoned and cooked (smoke ring and all) that we have never even tried the sauces! Ate at PJ's today...been here many times before. And of course their brisket is to die for. The owner came out and had some small talk. Thanked me for my Naval service and then introduced me to one of his employees who was also a veteran. So glad PJ's is open all year (they used to be shutdown during the winter). A great place and friendly staff!
My boys and I had lunch there today. Awesome as always! Sweet potato fries and home made chicken pot pie were some of todays specials and they were great. Always love the music there and PJ is always a wonderful host. Pulled pork on texas toast is my favorite!
The beef brisket meal is what I get and the succulent ribs mmmm I am glad it is open all year now

Beef brisket was awesome, moist and juicy. It was worth the visit after long day at work.
