absolutely amazing BBQ!!! We used to live in KC, MO and this place is the most legit BBQ joint in Upstate NY. all the meats are cooked the way they should be and the flavor is ON POINT!!! Highly Highly recommend coming to devour a plate of brisket, pulled pork, or ribs, DE-LISH!!!!

Great first experience at PJs today absolutely best BBQ I have had hands down I got the brisket it was amazing so moist and tender fell apart in my mouth all I can say is delicious!! not only is the BBQ top notch the owner PJ made us feel at home he checked on us to see how we were enjoying the food and had a great conversation with us on what makes him and his place so special on top of that also gave us a tour of the kitchen. Had the pulled pork sammie on garlic toast, sweet potato mash, & sweet cream corn. Dunk fest with the Kansas city and Tennessee whiskey sauces. The food was fantastic. The atmosphere is just as nice with a great balance of music, and TV tuned low for the sports lovers. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Consistency is the best part. Love it here.
The brisket just melts in your mouth!! I love coming here and the owner is always friendly.
