Always great service with a smile and always less than the dealership would charge. Great environment to wait in and extremely courteous technicians and mechanics!
Charged me $30 for a small cabin air filter that cost $12 at auto zone. I approached the owner very politely to ask him about the price and he tried to educate me about business. Well Sir, you are ripping people off! You mark up prices over 100%. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere. Also, the total for an oil change and one small filter was $118!! If you want an oil change (a very simple task) at an affordable price, DON’T go here.
Needed a new brake light, which requires opening the trunk, which is rusted shut (it's actually a decent car! But I used to live in Maine and I dunno, I guess the trunk latch got rusty). They refused to even try to open my trunk because they were afraid that it would break and I would sue them (seriously, that was their reason). Literally told me to get a new car, or find someone who has the same tools as they do, but more willingness to try to help. What a way to build customer loyalty.
They are great! Service is awesome! Took no time at all!

So happy. Left my inspection for the last day of the month.... other places telling me I needed appt or come back at 4pm. I walked in at 8:30, inspection completed, paid and out the door by 8:50. We will be back. Great service and lovely waiting area.
