0 stars. I went there for a tire going flat. They told me there was a big rock that would leave a hole too big to plug. Wanted me to buy a new tire. My husband plugged it easy peasy. I will never go there for anything again. My husband said it was a small hole. Maybe they thought they’d get one over on a woman 🤷🏻♀️. I’m telling everybody not to go there. They should’ve just plugged it! Jerks!

I’ve been a customer of PJ’s Auto Care for over a year now. I specifically frequented their service car wash. The two service attendants knew me by name and I always received great customer care. Today I was disappointed to read a sign posted that they have taken away the extra services that made PJ’s care wash desirable. You can no longer receive a towel dry service or tire shine. Pjs is amazing. When i first moved to the area i was nervous about being oversold and told i needed things that aren’t necessary. All the guys at pjs go above and beyond to help and they are quick and efficient even at their busiest times (which is always). I highly recommend anyone needed their services to use them :)
“Crooks” is a harsh word, but they were definitely misleading with the prices, despite my persistent and thorough request in advance for a clear estimate. When you are told one price beforehand and a higher price at the register, that’s simply bad business, and I won’t go back. And this was not done by a lower employee, mind you. I was dealing directly with the owner.
I will never take my vehicles here for a oil change again. They stripped my oil pan plug and I had to spend 1,000.00 to have my oil pan replaced. The owner son offer to give me several butterfly plugs to use and told me that they use these all the time. The dealer told me that you only use these temporary until you can get the butterfly plug replaced.
