New spot. As a resident Dallasite for over 30 years, I get excited about no restaurant. Sorry, just true, but this spot had a plan and execution. As a former service industry worker I saw managerial staff on the floor (key for a new place with struggling staff and kitchen) helping when needed, staff that knew their stuff and product that backed the clout. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and people at Pizzeria Testa on our first visit this past weekend. We had two different pizzas, a few apps, 1 drink each (the basil gimlet was soooo good!), and the tiramisu. Everything was flavorful and delicious! The only bad part is that we live about 45 minutes away otherwise we'd be here far more often. If ya'll are looking to open another location anytime soon, we'd love to have you in Arlington!
