I rarely make negative reviews but this is wild. One of the two owners yelled at me as soon as I walked in? I came closer to when they closed which I completely understand sucks for any worker, but I arrived right at the time the lady on the phone requested me too. Very relaxing atmosphere with an owner who is heavily focused on delivering a quality experience to his customers. Everyone in the team were very polite and perceptive to feedback coming from the customer and actually welcome it to the point of turning me into a regular customer at their establishment. The food was spot on with no complaints whatsoever. Hopefully they dont change their service style in the near future. Kudos to the team and the owner!
I can’t speak for anyone but myself and my family but i’ve been ordering online and picking up in person for the last 3 years and the owner & entire staff have been nothing but consistent, kind, and professional. Pizza night is important in my household and I really appreciate the people at this location for always taking care of me.
Poor management and attitude of a business owner! What kind of owner yells in a condescending way to their staff in front of customers? Although we like the food, the owner is rude, ruthless and doesn’t understand customer service. For that - we will never be going back to this location. I had called in my order only to arrive and realize that they missed making my order.
