Recommendedif you are in the downtown area of Tampa an absolute must make reservations . all dishes prepared fresh. great atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff.

This pizza is fabulously the same as the pizza we had in Italy. It is our favorite, for sure!
Last week I read an article in the Tampa Bay Times that crowned Bavaro’s one of the three best places for pizza in ALL of the Tampa Bay Area. I’d be happy to pay $18 for a 12” wood fired pizza covered with fresh toppings, gooey cheese and a firm mysteriously crunchy while simultaneously soft and chewy crust. Bavaros is an amazing Italian place. I love their pizza, vodka sauce pasta and especially the tiramisu! Definitely my go to Italian restaurant in the Tampa area
