I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza tonight and were very disappointed with the quality. The bottom was overcooked and extremely hard, while the top was undercooked and doughy. The cheese wasn’t fully melted and was still clumped in spots. Very good pizza. As an Italian,I can say that the crust and the sauce were good. 2 people,2 med pizza,s and 2 drinks,$45 tax in.
We ordered from the Woodbridge location for the first time on New Year’s Eve and the two party size pizzas were overcooked; in fact one was completely burned and inedible! I tried calling the location several times and no one answered. I called the ordering number and she told me to email head office, which I did, and no one responded.
