My wife has celiac and so I eat a lot of gluten free pizza. This is one of the best in terms of flavor and texture. As for kitchen safety, obviously any pizza oven can be an issue. However, the restaurant worker there took making gluten free items seriously. I saw him use a specialized peel to work the pizza in the oven and the gluten free pies were in special trays. Their food is consistently clean and yummy every time. The entire team is customer service oriented and passionate about the service they provide. It’s easily become my family’s number one pizza place.
