I have had a few issues with marcos pizza in the past (messing up the toppings, etc..) but tonight was the final straw. After someone rude answered the phone i was immediately put on hold for close to 5 minutes, when someone else finally picked up the phone i was told wait times were over an hour. Thanks for completely wasting my time. Its all about customer service and until you can fix this issue I'll be going elsewhere.
Ordered a sandwich to split with my husband and there was a long hair in it. We called to see if we could get a new sandwich for pickup and were told it could be my hair and that we would need to pay for a new sandwich. Will not be returning here.
We really like marcos pizza. However they have turned us away. They sent us the wrong pizza and said that they would credit us a free pizza. Big shocker...we called to get that free pizza and were told it was never credited!!
