I live 1.2 miles from Marcos and the Food is expected to be delivered about 55 minutes after i order and its consistently 20-30 minutes later than it’s supposed to be... 1.2 miles and i wait over an hour and a half for pizza. The guy who answers the phone tonight said “ it’s on the way” when i call to ask about the status, but i hadn’t even given him my name or order number...
ordered for the second time since I've been in JC. Food was here quick and was hot and fresh. very polite staff. will be a return customer for sure
Marco’s Pizza is some of the best pizza I ever had! It’s so delicious and has friendly staff. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s well worth it! Trust me! 🤩😉
I absolutely love their pizza. Buuuut we can’t order online since their system doesn’t recognize Fort Riley. So we can’t use the online only coupons, which sucks. I wish they would accommodate it in a way that we can still get the bogo on tuesdays. I would love to order online, but due to their system issue, I can’t and won’t get a free pizza. We ordered from them many many times, so I expected a little more courtesy towards loyal customers.

I placed a $30+ order which included a free movie. Food order arrived but there was no movie despite it being clearly displayed on the receipt. The driver told me that he would be right back with the movie and after an hour, I finally had to call to see where my movie was. They told me that the driver has to drop off another delivery and then he will deliver the movie.
