I ordered a XXL pizza and I specifically asked for (go easy on sauce). But when the pizza arrived, it was dripping in sauce. Couldn’t taste the veggies at all. Ruined our night! Disappointed!
Ordered a pizza yesterday and the veggie pieces were huge chunks and completely raw. I’ve tried other Pizza Pizza locations and never had this issue. Customer care told me to go back to the store for a replacement in the snow, but the store declined, and by then the pizza was cold. When I called back, the rep said they “Pizza was made according to the standards and we have to only listen to the store.” If that’s the case, they might as well call it store service instead of customer service, lol. I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza through Uber Eats. I added clear special instructions, and they were completely ignored. When I contacted the store for help, there was no adjustment made at all, even though the order was prepared incorrectly. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. There was no apology, no solution, and absolutely no accountability.
