I absolutely love pizza mans food but tonight I experienced very poor service while picking up an order. I ordered my pizza at 6:30, I was told it would be 40-45 minutes. I showed up to pick up my order at 7:15, I sat and waited almost an hour until 8pm before I received my pizza... The entire time myself and many others were there waiting that long wait, the staff was not apologetic once for the LONG wait. Pizza Man is consistently one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and, yes, that includes that famous pizza joint in town. Should I ever move from Eagle River back into Anchorage, I will drive out here for the Pizza Man pizza.
Best food in Eagle River! Been eating there since I was a kiddo. Food never changed... always amazing and delicious!
My pregnant wife was craving Taco Pizza and bony around has it. Asked Pizza Man and they made it the special the following week. Tasted amazing. You guys went above and beyond for us! Thanks a ton
