Normally not bad. Wasn't happy with a 1H 40 min wait for a pickup when I was told it would be an hour for this.
Great food! Awesome beer! The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I waited almost two hours for pizza that I was originally told would be ready in 15 min when I placed my order at 5:45pm. I had 3 kids at home that were ready for dinner at 6:30 with my husband calling at 7pm wondering where I am with dinner and my food still wasn’t ready. I decided to go in for a refund and to speak to a manager when the lady says why? Your pizza is right here, at 7:25. I will not be wasting my time and money at Pizza Man again.

Hi Amy, we are so sorry for your experience especially with hungry little tummies at home 😞! I think there may have been a miscommunication on time. We never quote 15 minutes especially on a Friday. It was probably 50 minutes (which sounds very similar over the phone). Even so we clearly went beyond the 50 minutes as well. Great place to order food from if you love sitting around for two hours waiting for your food and being told 15-20 minutes till your food is ready every half hour. This wasn’t just a problem for me. There was another lady there that was sitting in the lobby waiting before I got there and she only got her food 10 minutes before I did. She told me that they had forgotten about her and had to put her order on rush. The 1st picture is what they advertise as their Taco Pizza...the next 2 is what we actually got. When we called and let them know that it looks like they added the lettuce before they cooked it, they said, the steam from the box did it!? I DONT think do!! It was slimy and gross!
