my family love pizza king we have been to several locations but this one is down the road from home.. I have several bad experiences.. but always seem to go back.. because of my kids lol) but after tonight I will talk me money to a different location!! called in an order to be told it will be ready in 20 mins get there pay for my order to be told it not in the over yet!! The WORSE experience I have ever had tonight & I thought the last time was bad when they really messed up I order.🙄 This order was SUPPOSED to have fixed the last one & low and behold... they did not make 1 of are pizzas that we ordered this time & they charged us for the part they messed up last time... 😩 they called me & even after that... they STILL messed it up ..... 3 phone calls & 2 from them too & still can not get things right & different employees tell you things that supposedly them manager says and 😱😱😱.... th... read more

Incorrect food, slow service. They are repeat offenders. They lie, saying the food is being cooked, when you've just heard the kitchen staff call back for your order to be cooked. Last time we were there, they forgot the BBQ sauce on my pizza. Cooked a new one, but it was raw, and not even the pizza I ordered. Premium prices for being treated like crap. I'll go elsewhere.
