HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by the "Manager" Stephanie. I placed an order and when it arrived, it was incorrect. I called them back to let them know of the error. shes arguing with me saying they have it correct. i know wtf i ordered. she even repeated the order!! at the end she told me "It doesn't matter" wooow. after spending $50 at pizza King.. i have a $3.00 credit for next time..yay! NOT!!!
I have patronized this place for 7 years and tonight “the owner” decides they don’t deliver anymore. Unprofessional and rude to tell us they don’t come here when we just ordered last week. Lost my business!
In July 2015 I wrote "Consistently DELICIOUS!!! This is my new favorite pizza place, hands down." - After nearly 2.5 years of placing large orders with them a few times a month, I have changed my mind. I don't know what happened but it's not the same. Quality is not as good. Too many messed up orders with no apologies or compensation for inconvenience. Very sad because it used to be so bomb!
