RecommendedOrdered my dinner tonight and my pizzas were beautiful!!!! Thick, plenty of sauce and cheese, and it wasn't over cooked!! Absolutely Perfect!!
Crust was too thick and the pizza wasn’t that good.
I ordered my pizza at 10:13PM & was told it would be 45-60 minutes...I called back @ 11:33..they said it had just left & would be to me any minute...I called back @ 12:27 & was told it was delivered 30 minutes ago...II NEVER GOT ANYTHING...go ahead & order if you want to wait over 2 hours to get NOTHING...
Ordered food for pick up 1st the girl who answered was down right rude.2nd she said 25-30 mins so was there 30 mins waited from 7:04pm when I called it in until 7:56pm for a pick up order. Paid boy said it wasn’t done yet. Well if the only cook would shut his mouth and stop talking with the other guy work might get done. Called in my order at 5:09 pm and was told it would be ready for pickup in 45-50 minutes. Walked in the door at 6:15 pm and they couldn't find our order. They found it finally sitting by the phone. Said to give them 20 minutes and they would have it ready and take 1/2 off. Here it is 7:15 pm and they made our order and lost it again. So 2 hrs later and still no food. This used to be my favorite pizza place to go and now I will find somewhere else.

I ordered from the NW 5th location online. Joseph from GrubHub was courteous and delivery was on time. One of my pizzas had the wrong toppings. I ordered a ham and bacon with sausage and onions on half. I received a ham, bacon, and mushroom. When I called to ask PK to remedy the situation, manager Travis rudely stated that he made my pizza himself and definitely didn't put mushrooms on it.
