I called in an order for a personal cheese pizza 20-25 minutes before I even went to pick it up. When I got there my food was not ready! They were not busy. It was only me and one other family of 5 there. I had to wait another 30 minutes for a personal cheese pizza. After waiting about 25 minutes I ask the girl when was it going to be ready she stated that it takes 4 minutes to cook it. I am from NY and I have had a hard time finding good pizza a wings. Little did I know the Best pizza and Wings were in my back yard here in Pikeville. Thanks to the staff there you are number 1 because of you.

They can' make a pizza like it's advertised. A Pepperoni Max pizza should not look like a regular pepperoni pizza, this has happened on several occasions. Last night was the last time I'll be going to that location. They couldn't even give the $5.00 difference between the regular and the max. I could get a store credit or they would make it over!!!
