HOW DID YOU LOSE MY ORDER?? Very disappointed and I was looking forward to some pizza.
Ordered delivery and live 2 minutes away. Didnt get an extra dipping sauce which I paid for said he would be right back with it and he finally showed up 45 mins later...
Just had a bad experience at Pizza Hut on Nelson Rd. in Lake Charles, LA. I ordered the big box deal for $19.99 using the app. My dad went to pick it up at the store. They told him when he got there that there were no wings since the fryer was down. They told him they would just take it off. They should have offered us another medium pizza to keep the deal. Have always used this location but never again. Had a bad experience and called manager about the problem and he could care less and was very rude to me. I should have got his name but was so mad I forgot. The jerk could have offered a discount on next order or at least said he was sorry for the problem. Never ever use the nelson road pizza hut.
the delivery driver that just delivered my pizza was rude from the get go and he expected a tip, please!!! dont come to my door being a total dick and expect a huge tip! so when he left i said thank you! and he didnt he say anything to me he just walked off got in his car slammed the door and took off mad. wow. i get the tip thing but you don't deserve one if your rude js
Horrible service. Pizza sat out on rack, not in insulated bags for well over the 15 minutes I was in there. Had to wait for rest of order to be made. Told manager I would not take cold pizzas home, he got irritated insisting they were hot. They were not only cold but hard. Ask for my money back and left. This was at 7:10 PM and I ordered at 6:10 PM.
Worst customer service in my lifetime Ordered pizza , they charged me for it, but i never got it. Not even a phone call ! Called and the sob hung up on me !
