we only order from pizza hut for the past 7yrs. 3yrs of the 7 we ordered from the same location once a month, but this really rude guy that answered the phone said he doesn't deliver to us. when i asked him to check the address he said he's not going around & around with me & he has been doing this for 15yrs then told me he was closed & hung up the phone on me
Got breadsticks with our order and marinara sauce. The marinara sauce tasted like it had beer in it and when my husband went up to the store to confront them we found out the sauce was sour. They are not checking their products to make sure they are good still. The manager Tisha did make us new bread but I could’ve given that to my kids and got them sick had I not tried it first. Ordered 4 pizzas plus 2 desserts. All the pizzas were sloppy and greasy, but this was just unacceptable. Won’t use them again.
RecommendedI always get carry out but this Pizza Hut always gets my pizza right how I like it compared to the other ones
Don't get delivery after 9pm. They will tell you that they can't deliver. It's happened top me 3 times already. Every time they have an excuse. if you made the order online, they will call you and tell you they can't deliver it.
Worse experience ever! I’ve had better frozen pizzas!
The manager Shane will hang up on you if he doesn’t like what you have to say. Very rude on the phone and extremely unprofessional!!
