Normally we go and have an amazing experience.this time was different. There was almost an hour wait for our pizza...we were told ahead of time but...still. one waitress in peak dinner hours and apparently the kitchen was also short staffed. I believe every empty table was dirty. Not a good experience this time.... Food as awesome though when we did get it. manager gave us half off our bill
The food was awesome tasting, the service was excellent. We got our food on time, not a long wait had a good time thanks to all the staff

I didn't have a good experience on yesterday...I called my order in for pick up and got there my order was not in...the girl told me she was new and she asked me 6 different times for my order. Told the MGR and he gave me a pizza after having to wait to wait on it.. Got the pizza, went home and it was wrong. I called back to the store and told him so he sent it by delivery service. My crust was waaayyy over cooked and the pizza wasn't even cut, but I guess everyone else's food was ok
I love my server Bobbi she was very patient with us (myself and 7 grandkids) we received our food in a timely manner 20 stars to Bobbi
