I ordered pizza from there and it came burnt I won’t be ordering from the state and coliseum store again
They wasted all that money in remodeling the Pizza Hut in south gate in Fort Wayne in now it's not a place I would take my family to eat out . The seat are hard ,there is no more customer service it's like a Walmart self service line . They could have made a one room shack and passed the pizza out a window and saved the hundreds of thousands of dollars they spent on the remodel. I'm very dissatisfied with this store and I hope they don't do another store like this !!! 😡😡😡😡

I keep trying to like this place because it’s in my neighborhood and I love Pizza Hut but I just can’t. Orders are wrong in carry out and tonight I took my son out to celebrate. It took ten minutes for a drink. We got out food at different times and the breadsticks didn’t come till we were finished even though I asked four times for them. When they came we had no cheese. I usually order delivery from this location every month or so, and have done this for years now. In the last few months, my biggest complaint is the missing ranch I ALWAYS order on the side. Each time I call, it is noted for the next delivery. Each delivery, it is missing. Also, this delivery, the crust tasted stale, so my missing ranch was greatly missed. I've had it with the Hut, and for the first time, am shopping for another pizza provider. It might be a little thing to you, but it's not to me.

After placing an online order via email with a 25% off coupon code. I arrived to pick up my pizza only to be told it’ll be a few minutes. After waiting 20 mins they asked if I wanted them to remake it and it’ll be another 15-20 minute wait. No just give me my money back. Now I have to find my kids something else to eat tonight. 😡
