We had worst experience today, I ordered peppe paneer large pizza with thin crust. They took the order with thin crust but served small classic crust. I asked them to change the pizza for thin crust and they said " oh we don't make thin crust." I said if you're not making thin crust then why would you took the order? She replied that You didn't mention thin crust in the order. I returned the pizza and they didn't return my money back. She was very rude.

I am writing to make a complaint about my recent order from Pizza Hut Blacktown. I do not eat pork for religious reasons. Unfortunately, pork was included in my pizza by mistake. When I contacted the store immediately to request a change, my request was refused, and the staff member I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional.
