They didnt even bother to call you when they out of topping. They just made it without topping you like.
Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and boneless wings for delivery. Delivered the bread and pizza. No wings. Called the store and was told they could not deliver the wings. They could give me a credit...on a future purchase. So basically sorry we suck at our job. Your problem not ours. We're still charging you for a product we didn't provide...but we'll make it up to you next time if you are willing to ignore this and give us another shot. Will not be giving them another shot.
Listen to the 1 star reviews. This place is terrible. They are never on time with their pick ups. You will be waiting in the lobby 10-20 minutes after the order should of been completed. This is not an isolated incident, or an off day. It's every single time.
This location has been horrible since I moved here almost 12 years ago. At best, they mess up our pizza but we don’t even bother complaining and just settle for what they give us. At worst, it barely resembles pizza, and they give us a credit towards another crappy, wrong pizza. If it wasn’t for their wings, we wouldn’t even try ordering from here, but I think we’re about done with Pizza Hut. Lesson learned.
