Listen to the 1 star reviews. This place is terrible. They are never on time with their pick ups. You will be waiting in the lobby 10-20 minutes after the order should of been completed. This is not an isolated incident, or an off day. It's every single time.
This location has been horrible since I moved here almost 12 years ago. At best, they mess up our pizza but we don’t even bother complaining and just settle for what they give us. At worst, it barely resembles pizza, and they give us a credit towards another crappy, wrong pizza. If it wasn’t for their wings, we wouldn’t even try ordering from here, but I think we’re about done with Pizza Hut. Lesson learned.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! We ordered for delivery for via doordash. 4 to 5 dashers gave up on this location because they understandably had other orders to deliver and could not wait for this location to get their act together. Even doordash tried their best to make it right but they even advised us to cancel after we placed the order 3. HOURS. AGO. I hope no one orders from this place was as starving as my husband and I were after working outside all day. Lessons learned, never order from pizza hut!
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Pizza Hut. I had an order messed up and they gave me "credit" instead of remaking my pizza. When I called back to place the order again, no one answered after multiple attempts, despite it being only 8:30 PM, and they close at 12 AM. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I drove to the location, and when I got there, I could see the staff through the window — one was on the phone and the other was dancing like they were filming a TikTok video.
