I’ve been to this Pizza Hut many times, and in the past there have been occasions where the pizza wasn’t fully done or the crust wasn’t made quite right. However, I have to say that on January 2nd around 5–6 PM, our experience was great. The pizza was delivered very fast, and it was tasty and delicious—truly reminded me of old-school Pizza Hut. Shout-out to the cook for doing an awesome job! The staff also provided great customer service. Much praise to everyone who worked that evening.
Not very clean or friendly
This rating is on my last two experiences with this certain Pizza Hut. The 2nd to last was just all around bad. My pizza & cheese bread were burnt, my wings were undercooked, & my cheese dip was cold. I contacted their customer service & they offered me 1 large pizza which I didn't take because why would I? I spent like $80 & you're going to give me 1 pizza, like really?? Now it's been a week & I'm still waiting on a supervisor to contact me. Overall the experience was decent. They seem to have minimal staff and overloaded with orders, however they had great attitudes.
