The mangers & employees were rude disrespectful and I don’t ever think I would support Puzza Hut again. The white employees treated the black customers differently than they did non black customers while I was there. I witnessed the racism and unfair treatment that occurred and I’m highly offended veteran. The mangers unprepared for the promotion and his professionalism went out the window. My order# 0198 and it this occurred on 8/12/25 @ 5:53pm
7/29/2025 Could not take pick up food order today, because I saw roaches in the store. First time seeing it here.
