The absolute worst delivery experience, we ordered pizza to our hotel which was just a few min away from the store and the 3rd party vendor that pizza hut uses couldn't find the hotel even after sending the name and physical address to the hotel several times. I than called the store and was told by the manager there was nothing they could do to track or resend me my order all they could do was issue me a refund and hope it gets back to me in 3 to 7 business days A complete joke. Never order delivery from this location.

I placed an order at 5:30 and at 7pm we looked up the email that it was still being made, when I called to asked what the new delivery time would be, customer service said my order was canceled, I did not have an email stating it was canceled and I did not cancel it. They'll lady couldn't help me so she forwarded me to the store and I waited a few minutes on hold and got a bus7 signal and the the call disconnected. I tried calling back and they forwarded me again in which the call disconnected on me again. I am not sure what... read more

I don’t know how the food was because they took my money and were closed. I’ve never heard of a closed restaurant taking your money.
