Ordered 3 pizzas. 1 with pepperoni only. Was delivered an olive and half sausage instead. I called to ask for a replacement pizza to be delivered. They told me they could not push my order to the front of the line even though it was their mistake and it would be 45min to an hour. They used DoorDash to deliver and didn’t give the driver a tip. I didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to tip her when I had already given the Pizza Hut driver 20%

I waited an hour my order and when I got there to pick it up, they cancelled the order. Worst service I have dealt with in years

I really used to love Pizza Hut and it used to be really easy to order your food without a problem but it seem like every time we order the meat is never added and we always getting cheese for every pizza. For some reason I don't know but it's been making it very difficult to order and this happened to us like at least six times and I'm over it. You would think they will call and say do you want all cheese On all six pizzas? Or was that an error? Well for now if I want something from Pizza Hut I will call the order in or go ... read more
