They always have our order ready on-time and correct! More than one person greats me while I wait to pickup.
Scott at the south 7 location is great! I didn’t realize my free cheese sticks didn’t go through when I went to pick up my order. I didn’t have service to make another order and had to step outside to place it. He could tell I was flustered after a bad day and came outside to make sure I was able to get the site to pull up and got my cheese sticks cooking right away. Really appreciate the kindness.
placed an order around 8:15 for dinner as delivery. Food was delivered at 10:18. The pizza & breadsticks were cold & the chicken wings were pink in the middle & not cooked all the way through. When I called an hour & a half after the order had been placed, i talked to a woman (don’t remember her name) asking for an ETA. The woman was very rude & hung up on me before i could finish talking. Never again will we order food from here.
