Oh my goodness customer satisfaction is horrible at this location .We ordered pizza online and didn't even get our order.I can't believe they have people working and getting paid and can't even handle there job correctly .That's all right cause am taking this to corporate.

Welcome to the dirtiest Pizza Hut in Indianapolis I just arrived at the store I had an order with them when I arrived at the store they told me to wait 10 minutes I waited and when they finished I went back to them I asked them did they find my order they told me to wait another 20 minutes this is nonsense I want the store owner to replace workers like these because they do not work hard We demand to replace the workers with workers who love work. The big problem is that the store does not have many customers
Personal pan pizza was horrible small not much toppings.
We ordered a "meat lovers" pizza. Obviously, the pizza was on a diet. It lacked meat.
