Jaym. The management is truly the coolest, easy going and customer approved pizza boss, I could of asked for, thank you for the excellence service, courteous considerations for my orders mis happenings and goung above and beyond to fulfill the customers needs. Upper management recognize this employee and the work, effort and care they put into each interaction, thank you. Pizza hut for the win. Always.

Extremely poor customer service by the manager on duty on Sat 3/14/26 afternoon at this location on N Union Blvd. We stopped by to pick up our pizza order and the associate helping us check out did not have the password to process a payment in the store. He tried to get the attention of the manager on duty who was standing a few feet away attending a phone call. She remained fully engaged in the call with her back turned away from the counter. This is our go to pizza place for good thin crust pizza. Usually they've got a deal or coupon to make it a cheaper option too. The pizza is always ready on time and kept warm whilst it waits for my pick up. This is a carry out only location so there are no tables inside though. We'll keep on coming for pick up on Fridays as long as they keep up the good pizza making.
