We ordered online in advance for delivery the next day. The day it was to be delivered at 4:45pm. I had even called to very they had the order they said they did. It was not delivered at 4:45 not by 5:00 not by 5:15. I called to check and they 1st time they placed me on hold after 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called again they did not answer. I have tried a couple of times and your pizza is awful . The ordering is a joke. It takes forever to place an order cause they repeat over and over and over what u have said. I never give reviews but I am cause people need to know what they are getting. I won’t be ordering anything from you again. A very disappointed customer.
The door dasher that delivered my food forgot my 2 Liter so the general manager made sure he personally delivered it himself ! I wish I would have got his name but I just thought that was awesome because he didn’t have to do that! Good management on his part ! Thank you again!
Definitely the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had happened at this location. T-Mobile has a deal every Tuesday where they give their customers freebies. This particular Tuesday was a promo code for Pizza Hut where if you spend $1, you get a free “Crafted Flatzz” pizza (normally priced at $5). So I ordered for pickup and paid for it through the app on my lunch break. I get there and the guy at the counter says I owe $5. Employees went out of their way to make sure our order was correct, that we were having a good day, & we were happy with our order. (Thumbs up, guys !!! )
