This locations manager is great fixed my problem last time so I felt no need to complain last time. But now for the second time I have ordered pan paid extra and received hand tossed. Last time they put the wrong toppings wrong crust and extra sauce instead of none almost like I got the wrong pizza the manager sent out a new one made it right. After my experience tonight I never plan on spending another dime with Pizza Hut. I ordered on the mobile app and time ready was 7:08. I arrived a little after that and waited over 30 minutes and left without food. Thankfully I didn’t pay ahead and planned to pay with cash. I should have left sooner but I kept being told by employees and eventually the manger that it was coming. Trying to spend money with a struggling company and literally can’t even give them cash for the food I ordered. I can’t wait to see this place gone ... read more
