I'll make this short. I waited 30 mins over the time it said, it was freezing in the lobby, my pizza was put in the warmer while I was sitting in the lobby, so the pizza wasn't fresh when I got it after waiting almost an hour. I had a $20 credit from my last order being wrong, so im thankful I didnt pay for this one. I ordered extra cheese and extra sauce, neither was on the pizza and I ordered pan, which it wasn't unless they changed the recipe, which is possible bc it seems every time I order pan, its hand tossed. So disappointed with Pizza Hut on Kentucky Ave. I ordered buffalo sauce on my boneless wings and received barbecue sauce .. I ordered breadsticks that came with pizza sauce and paid extra for a cheese sauce and did not receive any sauce at all. The pizza I ordered was not good. I am definitely done with Pizza Hut.

Every single employee was outside when I arrived to pick up a doordash order. There were people waiting inside, and said they'd been there for 10 minutes waiting. When they finally came in the customer told the employee 3 times what his first and last name was. The employee got an attitude with the customer, and told the customer to never come back. Last time.i ordered from this location it was terrible the atmosphere and the food, That was about 13 years ago. I decided to order from this location again as it's been some time and I was surprised but how good everything is it's definitely a 100% better experience and I will be ordering from.this location again
