Ordered wings, pizzas & dessert. They texted me to say the dessert was unavailable and offered a different one. Thought that was nice. Food was finally delivered and I noticed no wings. 24 wings missing. Texted them about it but they didn’t text back. Called them and got put on hold for 10mins. Then my husband called and they picked up right away (🤨). Then they put him on hold for 20mins. Order a meat lovers pizza got it home and it was filled with grease at the bottom. The dough was real soggy. I took it back to Pizza Hut to get a refund and the young White Boy Said he don’t give refunds I have to get another Pizza a store credit. This is not the first time I had an encounter with them. I asked to speak with His manager and he said no I can’t talk to his manager. I asked OK well who do I complain to? He said I have to complain to him. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIZZA HUT PIZZA!
