I called in and was put on hold . Decided to drive over while im waiting and 8 Minutes later still on hold. I pulled up and saw the phone being hung up. No customers in the store but they had me on hold then hung up and I let them know I saw them. He finally apologized but didn't offer me any compensation for my time.

Ordered my medium pizza at 11:25 pm it’s now 12:19 am! They said 20 minutes, that was a lie! Then I get a text that DoorDash is delivering it, a woman named Charlotte, that was a lie! It’s a guy named Rodney! I asked them to bring it to my room at my hotel, but Rodney wants me to meet him in the lobby! I’m pissed at this entire situation

Ordered delivery and got someone else’s number. Took over 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to tell me all he could do was give me $20 store credit and my order was over $40!!! I asked for a manager, he said he is the manager. I asked for his manager he said he wouldn’t be in until “4 or 5pm tomorrow” ????? I got the runaround and fake names when I asked who I was speaking with. Don’t waste your time. Domino’s or Mr Jim’s down the street has better service EVERY TIME and at least your order will come correct.
