This location does not honor advertised deals. They just tried to charge me nearly 30 dollars for a pizza that should have cost $12.00. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Put them out of business. They'll learn..
My pizza has no toppings for an inch after the crust ends! I called and the manager belittled me and told me this is how they are supposed to look…it’s not Pizza Hut standards! The picture in the pan is what it should look like! Then when I told the manager I have been eating these longer than she’s been alive… she hung up! I just want a decent pizza! Please store owner please reach out!
"Jackson" likes to lie about how and when food deliveries are made. Left it on my step when I sit 20 feet from the door. Did not ring the bell or knock, but says it HS hand delivered to me. Lies. I will be following up with leadership directly. I didnt want another pizza delivered from this location. Enjoy a chargeback from my card carrier.
I was very impressed with the service. Phoenix was very friendly and helpful and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our order. He deserves a raise. Best pizza hut experience! 100% recommend.
Unfortunately, this Pizza Hut location no longer serves the Pan Original Pizza Hut style Pizza. I ordered twice the original pan and each time it was FLAT! I was told by the staff member there that the "pans were changed." But I discovered that they're cutting corners in using the hand-rolled dough (this is for flat, traditional hand-toss pizza) vs buying the original pan dough.
