Yes, Holly was very disrespectful at the store on carefree and academy . I order stuff crusted they gave me another pizza because they didn’t have stuffed crust and then they hung up on me and wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. She is very disrespectful and he is really not a good employee at all. All I wanted was the pizza that I ordered. She wouldn’t give me a remake. They tried to offer me a partial credit. After 1 hour I tracked my order and it simply said "cancelled." I used their app and it didn't even notify me that it cancelled! Store seems to be purposely not answering because I've called a few times in the last day and a half. I called headquarters and they also hung up on me, claiming they can't do anything and I have to take it up with the store. This is the most negative experience I had with a food delivery. This place is a joke.

Cancelled my delivery order 30 minutes after the order was placed with zero explanation. Attempted to call the location and no one would pick up the phone.
