I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I ordered a pizza around 6:45pm local time online, and the online tracker said to expect the delivery around 7:30pm. When I didn't see the tracker update to preparing until almost 7:30pm, I figured, okay, it's likely to be late, now sitting at almost 8:20pm. Still haven't received food. 8/1/2025-C (3-part review) I went in and picked it up since they had no drivers. But look at the pics! They had drivers (check pics). Smh... I can't stand cheap businesses who don't care and feel they have to lie to customers. I included the pics of the replacement pizza and the comped breadsticks. The pizza was still way overcooked, the crust was crunchy with zero softness. There was more pepperoni for sure, so that was good. And the comped bread was way overcooked as well.
