Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and was given a hand-tossed pizza instead. Nobody bothered to tell me my order had been changed. I was in a rush and trusted that Pizza Hut could get a simple order right, but apparently that was too much to ask.The most frustrating part isn’t even the wrong pizza—it’s the complete lack of communication. I’m not sure why I gave them another chance. The workers are careless. Pizza is made improperly, the crust was Extra thin. I wasn't aware there was a special until visiting the website to write this review. I ordered a medium half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. I guess I should have known something was wrong because it was so cheap. They shouldn’t assume I wanted the special especially since I didn’t ask for any additional toppings.

I ordered a personal pan pizza. I was told to pull into the parking spot and they would bring it out in 10 mins. 25 mins later I pulled up to the drive thru questioning where my pizza was and she quickly handed it to me. Claiming I was supposed to circle back around. No no no Ms. Emily you either forgot we were here or didnt feel like walking to the car.
