Good buffet for lunch.
I didn’t catch her name but I’d assume she is the manager here, she went totally above & beyond by remaking my order after I was hours late to pickup my order (due to a car crash on my way) & when it was ready another guest canceled an already made order so she threw that in aswell!!!
I ordered the big dinner box and the guy who delivered it had no change so I had to give 42 dollars instead of 60 dollars. The wings were messed up and tasted dry even though their supposed to be garlic parmesan wings and the bread sticks almost got smashed. Over all this was not a great or very professional experience on my end. I also tried to call to speak to someone and no one picked up the phone it just rang and rang.
Waitress came to my table to give me my bill and a refill, and I told her I already paid. She looked to the register to confirm it. (I did)... She never came back to my table. No refill. No taking plates. Not even slight acknowledgement that I was here anymore. Apparently finding out I already paid for the Thursday night buffet, got me ignored.
