The 1st time we dined there, the food is fresh and hot. The 2nd (and last) time we went the food wasn't great and crust was dry on the pizzas. The restaurant is a clean place to eat if you're ok with the unfriendly waitress. To clarify, the younger lady who is a waitress was very nice. The older waitress with tats on forearms was rude the 1st AND second time we went. Never checked on us either time except ONCE on 1st visit offered my husband a drink refill. Food is fresh and hot. Staff is mostly good. The restaurant is a nice clean place to eat and the food was worth the drive.
Awful experience, Simple as that! The waiter legit took forever to put anything in and when everything took forever she just blamed the back, Zero accountability! Food was mediocre as it was not cooked all the way at all cause they were rushing to get everything. Definitely never coming back to this Pizza Hut
Give zero if I could, we placed an order for pickup and my wife showed up for pickup after 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes there and the order still wasn’t even cooking. Terrible customer service
